Simple Fried Chicken

In this video, you’ll see how to make a simple fried chicken with Lainox combi oven. The technique is very quick and easy.

Ingredients

20nos Chicken Wings (cut half)
60gm Fish Curry Powder
20gm Fennel Powder
20gm Cumin Powder
20gm Corainder Powder
10gm Chili Powder
20gm Coarsley Black Powder
20gm Tumeric Powder
20gm Chicken Stock Powder
20gm Salt
50gm Water
100gm Rice Flour
50gm Custard Flour
50gm Oil (for coating)

Directions

Step 1: Mix all ingredients with chicken wing. Marinade at least 2 hours.
Step 2: Then, coat the chickens with cooking oil.
Step 3: Spray some oil on the surface of the frying pan accessories.
Step 4: Pre-heat the oven 200°C using "FAST DRY" function.
Step 5: Place the chickens in the frying basket, and start frying in the combi oven following the setting below:

Mode: Convection mode

Temperature : 200°C

Time: 18 minutes

Auto-clima: 10%
